Before / after

Hours of editing, gone.

Editing a match by hand takes about 3 hours, with the score typed in point by point. With GameSetClip, your Mac analyses the match on its own (about 15 minutes, go do something else). Your part: about 15 minutes, mostly checking the points.

Before

3 min 51 sStraight from the camera: 7 points, and everything in between.

After

58 sThe same 7 points, back to back, with the score.

Why GameSetClip

Made to be watched, not just cut.

01

The score, like on TV

GameSetClip works out about one point in three on its own: when the server changes in the video, it knows the game is over. For the rest, one key tells it who won. It checks everything against the final score, and the scoreboard shows what's at stake, like on TV.

Try it

One key per point. The rest is automatic.

GameSetClip has already found every point, cut it and knows who served. It also fills in about one point in three by itself: when the server changes in the video, the game is over. For the other points, you say who won, and the scoreboard does the rest, break points and set points included.

Who won the point?

Shorts, Reels, TikTok

Your best points, ready for your phone.

Star your favourite points. GameSetClip turns each one into a vertical video where the frame follows the ball and the player, with the scoreboard on top, sized for a phone screen.

How it works

Four steps, one cup of coffee.

  1. Film

Put a camera on a stand behind the baseline and record the whole match.

  2. Drop

Drop the video into GameSetClip. Your Mac analyses it on its own, in about a seventh of its length. Go do something else.

  3. Check

GameSetClip fills in about a third of the points by itself. Press who won the others: about 10 minutes.

  4. Export

Pick what you want: full match, clips, highlights, Shorts. Ready to post.

FAQ

Questions

Is there a subscription?

No. You pay once and keep it, updates included.

Do I have to enter the winner of every point?

No. GameSetClip deduces about one point in three by itself, for example when the server changes in the video and the game must be over. You press one key for the others, and if you type in the final score, it checks the whole match and flags anything that doesn't add up.

Which camera do I need?

A camera that stays still behind the baseline and sees the whole court. So far GameSetClip has been used with an action camera on a stand; we're testing phones and other cameras with our first players.

Is my video uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything runs on your Mac: no upload, no account, no cloud.

Which match formats does it handle?

Best of 3 or best of 5 sets, regular tiebreaks, a match tiebreak instead of the final set, no-ad scoring, and you can start from any score. Played an extra set for fun after the match was over? It's shown too, without a fake match point. And for practice sessions, a rally mode cuts every exchange, no score needed.

Does it work for doubles?

Not yet. GameSetClip handles singles matches for now.

Windows, iPhone, iPad?

Mac only for now, with Apple silicon (M1 or later).

Indoors and outdoors?

Yes. It's been used on indoor and outdoor courts.
